Discover the Park: Vendor registration
Deadline for registration is April 15, 2026
Event Date: Saturday, May 9
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Fort Trumbull State Park
Set Up time will start around 8 AM and everyone should be done no later than 9:30AM. Vendor spaces are sized approximately 10’ X 10’. Partners are responsible for bringing their own table, tent, tent weights, and chairs.
This event is designed to celebrate the incredible organizations that help bring the TRHPF to life, while also welcoming the broader community to learn more about the programs, services, and experiences which are, collectively, available throughout the region.
We invite you to host your own vendor-style space to showcase what you do and what you offer. To encourage meaningful engagement with visitors, we highly recommend you include at least one family- and/or youth-friendly activity at their table, something interactive that invites the public to participate, learn, or create.
