Discover the Park: Vendor checklist

The Thames River Heritage Park is a collection of diverse sites connected by water, history, and shared stories. By coming together for this Partner community fair, partners help make the Park’s heritage vivid and relevant, connecting people of all ages to the places, stories, and experiences that define life along the Thames River.

Vendor Table & Display
One staffed vendor table for the duration of the event
Table covering, banner, or signage identifying your site
Informational materials (brochures, flyers, rack cards, etc.)
Giveaways or promotional items (optional)

Interactive Activity (highly recommended)
At least one family- or youth-friendly interactive activity
Hands-on craft, demonstration, game, or storytelling element
Activity suitable for a public, vendor-table setting

Staffing & Engagement
Staff or volunteers present throughout the event
 Team members prepared to discuss programs and offerings
Friendly engagement with families, youth, and first-time visitors

Event Logistics
Setup completed by designated arrival time of 9:30AM
Activities do not require electricity (unless pre-approved)
Commitment to remain for full event duration 10AM – 2PM
Communicate special needs to TRHPF in advance, NO LATER THAN 4/15/26

Marketing and promotion
Send logo NO LATER THAN 4/15/26 to Casey Howley-Brigham, TRHP Digital Marketing Coordinator. Register and upload images here. 
A flier will be sent to TRHP Partner no later than 4/01/26 in both standard flier form and also for both FB and IG to be used in event promotion. This should be sent to your entire e-mailing list as well as posted on all of your social media sites.
