The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton invites kids ages four and above and their grownups to Reptiles and Amphibians on Wednesday, April 18th at 1:00 p.m., presented by Riverside Reptiles. Meet various examples from these two similar, yet different groups of animals. Learn about their natural history and the importance of their conservation. You will also have a chance to pet a gator, stare into the eyes of a huge toad, and touch a giant python! With over 25 years’ experience, Riverside Reptiles is passionate about giving adults and children “hands on” learning experiences and teaching about reptiles, amphibians, and other fascinating creatures of the animal world. Registration is requested; please stop by the library or call 860-445-0392 for further information or to register.
